How to export from the online logbook into the RCA logbook 1.Log into the online logbook www.anesthesialogbook.com: You will have some guidelines if you click on the right lower corner the letter ”i”
On the next screen input your username and password: 2.The next screen will appear: 3. The Welcome to the members area screen will come up. Select the “manage online records” tab. 4.In the following page select the dates to build the report and click “search”
5.Once the records are on the screen click “Export” 6.A downloading small window may well appear. 7.Next go into your RCA logbook version 7.0 , go onto File and then Import Records and File. Now locate the file you’ve just downloaded. 8.A window will appear saying “ import field mapping” 9.Be very careful organizing those fields. To tranfer a field the icon in between the columns must be a black arrow, not a circle! When import options appears on the screen select “keeping them in the original record. Click “ok” Now go to the main screen into the RCA logbook and delete the first record, to be sure the application doesn’t get confused with the row with all the procedures And that is how is done!
